How to Delete Your Account
We respect your privacy and your right to delete your personal data. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your FarmFrnd account and associated data.
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the FarmFrnd app on your device
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap on Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
- Your account will be permanently deleted
Option 2: Request via Email
- Send an email to contact@farmfrnd.com
- Use subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered phone number in the email body
- We will process your request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

| Device Tokens (Push Notifications) | Deleted | Immediate |
| Transaction Records (for legal compliance) | Retained | Up to 7 years* |
*Transaction records may be retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

Request Account & Data Deletion
We respect your right to privacy. You can request to delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible, and once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
To request the deletion of your account and data, please provide your email address associated with your account below, and follow the steps described.
Note: Deleting your account will remove access to our services, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What Happens Next?
After submitting the form, our team will review your request, and will contact you in your registered mobile nuumber for confirmation and delete your account and associated data within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is completed.
